RTT — Razinio Tech Training ("RTT", "we", "us"), powered by Razinio Technologies, operates the learning management system at lms.razinio.tech. This policy explains what personal information we collect from students and applicants, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you register or use the portal we collect: your full name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash); profile details you provide such as phone number, guardian information, address, and photo; academic records including enrollments, assignment submissions, quiz results, attendance, and certificates; fee and payment records including vouchers and payment proofs you submit; and support messages you send through the portal.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your student account, verify your email, process your admission application, deliver course content, grade and record your academic work, manage fees and issue vouchers, mark attendance, respond to support requests, and send you service emails such as verification links, approval decisions, and academic notifications. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Data Sharing
Your data is accessible only to authorized RTT administrators and instructors for legitimate academic and administrative purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as email delivery and web hosting), or when required by law. We never share your data with advertisers.
5. Data Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. Access to student records is restricted to authorized staff. Uploaded files are validated and stored in protected directories. While we work hard to protect your data, no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
6. Data Retention
We retain student records for as long as needed to provide our services and to maintain academic and financial records as required. You may request deletion of your account by contacting the administration; some records (such as fee and certificate records) may be retained where we have a legitimate or legal need to keep them.
7. Cookies & Sessions
The portal uses a session cookie strictly to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. Your Rights
You may view and update your profile information from your portal. You may request a copy or correction of your personal data, or account deletion, by submitting a support ticket or contacting the administration.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the portal. Continued use of the portal after changes means you accept the updated policy.
