1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the RTT — Razinio Tech Training portal (lms.razinio.tech) you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Rules & Regulations. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the portal.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to your registration.

3. Admission & Enrollment

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to fee payment verification and approval by RTT administration. RTT may accept or decline any application at its discretion. Course offerings, schedules, batches, and instructors may change.

4. Fees & Payments

Fees must be paid according to the issued voucher or fee schedule. Enrollment and portal access may be suspended for unpaid dues. Submitted payment proofs are subject to verification. Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing by RTT, fees are non-refundable once a course has commenced.

5. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials — including videos, lessons, assignments, quizzes, documents, and code samples — are the property of RTT / Razinio Technologies or their respective owners and are provided for your personal learning only. You may not copy, share, resell, record, or redistribute course content without written permission.

6. Academic Integrity

Assignments and quizzes must be your own work. Plagiarism, cheating, or submitting another person's work may result in a failing grade, cancellation of enrollment, or removal from the institute without refund.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the portal, including attempting to access other users' accounts or data, probing or bypassing security controls, uploading malicious files, scraping content, or disrupting the service. Violations may lead to immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

8. Certificates

Certificates are issued only on successful completion of course requirements as determined by RTT, including academic performance, attendance, and clearance of dues.

9. Suspension & Termination

RTT may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Rules & Regulations, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting the administration.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The portal is provided "as is". While we aim for reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RTT and Razinio Technologies are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the portal.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the portal. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
