1. General Conduct
Students must behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times — in class, on campus, and on the portal. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour of any kind is not tolerated and may result in disciplinary action up to expulsion.
2. Attendance
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Attendance is recorded in the portal. A minimum attendance level (as announced for your program) is required to remain in good standing and to qualify for certificates. Repeated unexcused absences may lead to cancellation of enrollment.
3. Punctuality & Deadlines
Assignments and quizzes must be submitted by their due dates through the portal. Late submissions may be penalized or rejected. Quiz attempts must be completed within the allotted time.
4. Academic Honesty
All submitted work must be the student's own. Copying, plagiarism, or unauthorized collaboration is a serious offence. First violations may receive a zero grade; repeated violations may result in removal from the program without refund.
5. Fees & Dues
Fee vouchers must be paid by their due dates. Students with outstanding dues may have portal access restricted, may be barred from assessments, and will not be issued certificates until dues are cleared.
6. Use of Institute Resources
Lab equipment, computers, and internet access are provided for learning purposes only. Installing unauthorized software, accessing inappropriate content, or damaging equipment is prohibited. Students are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse.
7. Portal Usage
Portal accounts are personal. Sharing login credentials, attempting to access another student's account, or misusing portal features (including the community and support sections) is prohibited. All portal activity may be logged for security purposes.
8. Content & Materials
Course materials are for enrolled students only and must not be shared outside the institute. Recording of classes without permission is not allowed.
9. Disciplinary Process
Violations of these rules are reviewed by the administration. Depending on severity, action may include a warning, grade penalty, suspension, or expulsion. Serious matters may be referred to relevant authorities. Decisions of the RTT administration are final.
10. Amendments
The institute may amend these rules as needed. Updates take effect when published on the portal or notice board.
